\nThese General Conditions regulate the visit\/browsing and the purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, between any natural person who uses it for a purely personal purpose, as a final consumer, with no intention of reselling the items they purchase there, and Luzia Lisbon as the party responsible for marketing its products through this online store.\n\t

\t\t\nThe sale underlying each order placed by the Customer is made under reservation of title, whereby the products remain the property of Luzia Lisbon until full and effective payment of the amount due.\n\t

\t\t\nLuzia Lisbon takes into account information on the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs illustrating the products sold.\n

\nThe images and photographs of the products, although trying to be as accurate as possible, are merely illustrative, so the Customer should consider the possibility of differences in color, appearance of shape\/form, which may also be due to the monitor and web browser used by the Customer.\u00a0\n\t

\t\n\t1.6 Price information<\/b><\/u>\n

\t\t\t\nThe retail prices indicated in the online store are shown in euros (\u20ac) and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force. Unless otherwise stated, the advertised prices include VAT.\n

\t\nShipping costs are borne by Luzia Lisbon for purchases of \u20ac200 or more and delivery to mainland Portugal and the islands. For purchases of less than this amount or for deliveries to any other territory, the shipping costs are as indicated below.\n

\t\nFor any purchase of less than \u20ac200 or with delivery to other territories, the shipping service costs are borne by the User\/Buyer and are added to the total value of the products selected. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.\n

\t\nLuzia Lisbon reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated when the purchase order was placed.\n

\t\nIn the event of a computer, manual, technical or other error causing a substantial change not foreseen by Luzia Lisbon in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.\n

If Luzia Lisbon detects an error in a price, the Customer will be informed and given the option of confirming their order with the correct price or canceling it. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, Luzia Lisbon will consider the order canceled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.\n

\t\nShipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.\t\n

\nIt is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all the necessary data is provided correctly and completely, as only in this way can Luzia Lisbon guarantee acceptance of the order and subsequent delivery.\n

\n\t1.9 Ordering<\/b><\/u>\n

\t\nWhile browsing the online store, the Customer will be able to see all the available items and variants, and can select those that best suit their purchasing needs. They must insert the items they wish to purchase into the virtual shopping basket and can, whenever they wish, delete any of the items previously inserted there, without prejudice to ordering other products.
